The Company
MIREMBE COACH AND TOUR COMPANY is in its formative stages and will be headquartered in the city of Nairobi Kenya. Other branches will be added as the company expands its services to cover most of the transport routes in East Africa.
The keys to success for the company will be the ownership of custom-made luxury buses, comfortable and convenient facilities, superior ICT and skilled and continuously trained members of staff.
Its operations will be organized to take advantage of the existing specific gaps in the local and regional bus passenger traffic market by providing superior service in terms of comfort, timely timetable schedules, pricing, promotion, and strategic locations of regional offices and hiring of experienced and dedicated staff. The company will be actively involved in the carriage of both passengers and parcels.
The company's marketing and service strategy aims to aggressively penetrate and capture a significant percentage of the local and regional market share and to increase awareness of its presence in the region, by closely maintaining grass root links with its customers through superior customer care.
The transport competition is quite high but not satisfying to the demanding customers and during peak seasons customers are always frustrated because of poor and unreliable availability of buses. There are mini buses also operating in this sector and particularly in the region in question but by far most travelers prefer bigger vehicles or buses for comfort as well as safety reasons.
We will have a competitive advantage, however, because of our reliability and comfort of service in the industry and competitive advantages that we will be developing and implementing.
Our mission is to provide safe, professional, reasonably priced passenger services to our customers. We intend to fill a niche in the transport market that is unmet at this time. We will operate and maintain the best fleet of buses available and we will never compromise on safety or customer service. . We will provide friendly and courteous service from the time we meet our customers to the time they leave.
The company’s vision is to become the best and the safest and most reliable travel company in Kenya. With a combination of clean buses, friendly and helpful staff giving outstanding customer service, we intend to lead the other companies and make our standards the envy of all.
With a core strategy implementing and maintaining of clean buses coupled with friendly, helpful staff giving outstanding customer service, we strive to have our unique blend of service offering become what sets us apart from our competitors and helps define industry standards.
The company is seeking financing in the amount of kshs 12,970,000. The Loan obtained will be used for the purpose of financing the acquisition of 2 custom made buses from Kenya Vehicle Manufacturers (KVM) in Thika or Master Fabricators in Nairobi, acquisition of at least three offices, office equipment, stationery and general operating expenses.

I have received your mail today and am extremely impressed by your ingenuity in what your doing I pray that it's practically happening. I have a 2 business proposal's that I have practically taken a step further and seen the results..but due to limitation of funds am not able to carry them out through in the best level as 1 would wish. 1. Tourism local/intn'l and 2.Real estate where I build houses for sale. I have created good relations with home owners and a ranch owner to give me the homes as a way of earning through local and international tourism and by God's Grace am proud to say I have now 2 5 bedroomed guests hse in Nyali 1, with a beach front and the locked in sitting on 1acre land both...then 1 6bedroomed guest hse into the del monte pineapple estate sitting on 1,00acre land a beautiful serene exlucive quiet place..but capital to advertise and reach the locals and the international tourists has not been easy..by God's Grace I have managed to register my co. Baraka Africa Safaris on the 29th Nov 2009 to just try and get a break through..with a major target to take the Locals (Kenyans and Eastern Central Africa) to World Cup in S.A. which am liaising with some tour firm in S.A... 2.REAL Estate this is the other pproposal that I have seeking funds. I and a friend of mine decided to practically get into the exercise in 3 years as he was in full time employment and I was not..he bought an 1/8th of an acre and we embarked on our project..we decided to do a 4 bedroomed master-en-suite house to see if the business was practical..to our shock we realized it was the most lucrative business in town..well unfortunately we don't have that much money to get into it full time..because of family demands etc..I was on the ground sourcing for human resources, all the legal procedure's etc at the end of it all we constructed the house and he moved in, we used 2 million Kshs. and invited Knight Frank to value the house..they valued it at 4.5m that gave Us a clear picture and evidence...if today we have 5 million we can buy land and put up 2 units in 3 months and be in business...so if you can assist we have been in the ground we know how to practically run both the tourism and the Real Estate but just a little funding and our break through is realised..we are not the greedy type to sell the houses at 8 million..no..we just want to realise between .5/1.5m per unit..and in the tourism atleast between 500 - 1,500 per guest is good for Us.
